*Project – Plants and Trees*
*Field Trip*

Class 1 students went on a field trip to Ganga Nursery as part of the *Plants and Trees* project. They explored various plants and trees, observing differences in height, thickness, and bark textures. *The children closely examined leaves and heard various sounds of nature during their walk.*

*They interviewed the gardener*, learning how saplings grow into trees, and also participated in planting trees with him. Walking on dry leaves, they collected natural items from the ground, which they later displayed in the classroom.

*The students discussed concepts of Maths and Science, connecting nature with their classroom learning, fostering their growth and development through observation and exploration.* This is how they learn to develop a love for nature and respect for the natural things around them.
